Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Welcome to Fun Facts Zone. These terms govern your use of https://funfactszone.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The site is for entertainment
Fun Facts Zone publishes fun facts, trivia, curiosities and light reading for general entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the site is professional advice of any kind — not medical, health, fitness, nutritional, psychological, financial, legal, spiritual, relationship, travel, safety or any other advice — and nothing on the site should be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
2. Accuracy
We try to make the facts fun and true, but we do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, current or free of errors, and we do not promise that a “fact” is correct. Facts change as knowledge changes, sources disagree, and mistakes happen. You use the content at your own risk. If you spot an error, tell us at funfactszonecom@gmail.com and we will look at it.
3. Your use of the site
You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, with a credit and a link back to the page. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or redistribute the site’s content in bulk, use automated tools to harvest it, attempt to break or overload the site, post unlawful or abusive material, or use the site for anything illegal.
4. Our content and intellectual property
The original text, layout, logo, mascot and design of Fun Facts Zone are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Facts themselves are not owned by anyone; the way we write and present them is. Product names, brand names, trademarks, images, video and other material belonging to third parties appear on the site only for identification, commentary, news reporting, education and entertainment, and remain the property of their owners. No endorsement by any third party is implied.
5. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property and we expect the same of our contributors. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, follow the process on our Copyright & Takedown page. We act promptly on valid notices.
6. User content
If you post a comment or send us material, you confirm that you have the right to do so and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, edit, shorten or remove it. We may remove any user content at any time for any reason.
7. Third-party links and embeds
The site links to and embeds content from other websites. We do not control them, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, products, services or privacy practices.
8. No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Facts Zone and the people who run it are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense of any kind (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, or from any action you take in reliance on anything on the site. If you are unhappy with the site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fun Facts Zone and the people who run it against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time without notice, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless applicable law gives you the right to have it heard elsewhere.
